I am seeking a good scan of a Cartilla card (document) that was issued in the 1970s or 1980s. I need the complete thing, inside, outside, front and back. Anyone here have such a document they can scan and get to me?

If you have a Cartilla but not from the period in question, having it would be better than nothing.
