It is not our place to say who is called and who is not. God extends the invitation. Our role is to "make our calling anbd election sure".

The JW's could not possibly be among the great company, because they do not profess to be spirit begotten and running for the prize of the high calling.

So in my estimation, the rank and file JW's will get EXACTLY what they've been wanting, restitution blessings, living on a restored earth.
