What caused you to say that? I simply said what I think was true. Mrs Thatcher wanted the removal of governmental controls over the banks and the business community. Her influence over Reagen was great. One can debate such things somewhere else, but I doubt if anyone can deny her support of Pinochet who was a very nasty dictator.
