Yes, you are correct that many brethren attend both conferences, but there is a tension: the Dawner's are Pastor Russell all the way and the Bereans are not. But many are good friends and some even give talks at each other's meetings.

I'd have to disagree. Among those who accept Pastor Russell, there are two groups. The DAWN and the Independents. The DAWN Bible Students are a lot more liberal, thee Independents are more conservative. So to group all {"Russellites" undder the banner of thee DAWN would be wrong.
